Walk the Basingstoke Canal from Frimley Lodge Park, with its excellent facilities and parking and easy access to the water. The Basingstoke Canal is a pretty canal that cuts its way from Odiham in Hampshire to where it meets the River Wey in Surrey. From Frimley Park head north to enjoy a series of pretty locks on the way to Brookwood and Woking, or head South past lakes and the aqueduct at Aldershot before swings up to Fleet. Whichever way you go there are easy train connections to return.
