Cycle the coastal path from Lymington Quays, a great place for a ride, with easy access by public transport, plenty of eating options, bike hire and guided rides. A short cycle through the town quays and past Lymington harbour takes you out onto a nature reserve that incorporates mudflats, salt marshes, shingle banks, coastal grazing marshes, and saline lagoons. From here you can explore the reserve or head West through the picturesque village of Keyhaven and onto Milford on Sea and up onto the cliffs of Barton on Sea.
