Walk the New Forest from Lyndhurst, a charming busy town on Northern edge of the national park. From Bolton's bench you can explore the local grassy parkland - great for kids and for picnics. It is also a perfect place to start a longer walk, exploring the moors and heathlands to the East and the woodland inclosures to the South. Easily accessible and with plenty going on, this is a great place from which to enjoy the New Forest.
