The Isle of Wight coastal path is a very scenic and varied 70-mile route around the island. From Bouldnor viewpoint, head East over Bouldnor cliffs through the Forest Nature Reserve to Hamstead and onto Newton Harbour Nature Reserve. Head West to explore the historic West Coast with Victoria Fort and Country Park and its views across to Hurst Castle. You can also head inland and explore the river Yar as it cuts through to Freshwater Bay. Whichever way you go, you can easily return to your start point by bus.
