Walk the coastal path from Milford on Sea with its stunning views of the Needles. From here you can explore Hurst Point and the Castle (a paid attraction). For a longer trip head West onto the cliffs of Barton on Sea, to High Cliffe castle and beyond to Christchurch. Or, heading East, you will go through the pretty village of Keyhaven, beyond into the marshes and then further around into Lymington. Whichever way you go you can easily return by bus.
