Walk Chesil Beach and Fleet Lagoon from the Dorset Wildlife Trust's Wild Chesil Centre. Chesil Beach is 18 miles long and the Fleet Lagoon is the largest tidal lagoon in the UK. Walking the length of the beach is not recommended, but this is a great place to take in the views, observe wildlife, and explore. There are excellent facilities on site, including the information centre and cafe.
