Swim in the Thames from Hampton Court Landing stage, with easy access to a lovely stretch of the river from this stunning, historic spot. Here the river runs downstream past the royal palace and gardens towards Kingston where it's easy to return by train or boat.
To paddle here you should register with the Environment Agency or be a member of British Canoeing.
