Swim at Llyn Dinas in the foothills of Mount Snowdon just a short walk up the Cambrian Way that follows the Afon Glasylyn from Beddgelert. This stunning lake has parking at the southern end from where a lake-side trail crosses a small footbridge to access a lovely stretch of the lake with shingle beaches and grassy banks. With stunning views of the mountains and the option to stroll along the lake, this is a highly recommended spot. Of course, as a mountain lake, it can be deep away from the bank and very cold so beware.
