Paddle the River Wey Navigation from Farncombe on the outskirts of Godalming, opposite Farncombe Boat House. Paddling through the navigations is a great way to discover Surrey’s towns, villages and countryside from the tranquillity of the water, taking you as far as the Thames at Weybridge. The whole navigation is managed by the National Trust and a licence is required to paddle.

Despite very limited parking by the bridge opposite the boat house, there is good access to the river from where you can head West into Godalming or North East past Shalford and into Guildford. Avoid busy times to avoid disappointment.
