Paddle the River Wey from the New Haw Lock in Byfleet as the Wey gets close to its final destination - the Thames. From this accessible, attractive Lock head North towards the Thames, or South to either divert onto the Basingstoke Canal or continue on the Wey towards Pyrford Lock. The whole navigation is managed by the National Trust and a licence is required to paddle.
You need a license to use the river, either from the National Trust or British Canoeing membership.
Dogs welcome but you paddle with your dog at your own risk
