Paddle on the Thames as it passes by Laleham park, a wonderful green space with good parking and easy access to the river. The water here is shallow at the sides and a good place to be introduced to the river, with support available nearby from the Surrey Canoe Club if needed. With playing fields, the campsite and a play park, this is a great family destination for a paddle. Head Upstream to explore Penton Hook island and Harbour, or downstream to Chertsey Meadows and Shepperton Lock.
