Take a gentle paddle along the Basingstoke Canal as it meanders its way through Hampshire. Starting in an isolated spot literally at the end of Farnborough runway, your only competition for parking will be plane spotters. From here either head West to Fleet, or East towards Aldershot and Ash.
You need a canal license to use the canal, either from the Basingstoke Canal Authority or British Canoeing membership.
No restrictions on dogs but clearly you take dogs with you at your own risk (and theirs).
No refreshments on site.
No toilets available on site.
No camping options nearby.
