Paddle at Llyn Geirionydd, a stunning lake set in the heart of Snowdonia's Gwydir Forest with mountain views. This remote spot has some basic facilities and easy access to the lake from a pontoon by the parking area. If staying near the shore, it's great for families and beginners, with more experienced paddlers able to head further out into this long, sometimes choppy mountain lake. Access to the lake is along a narrow forest lane that can get busy and on hot days the parking can fill up quickly.
