Paddle in the sea from Compton Beach, a long and sandy beach with unrivalled views of the white cliffs of the Needles headland. Often windy and choppy this well-known surf spot is not ideal for paddle boards or beginners. It's great for swimming and only a short way down the beach to the famous dinosaur footprints.
