Cycle the New Forest from Wilverley Plain, West of Brockenhurst. From here you can explore a local circular route through the woods, or jump on the repurposed railway track that runs between Brockenhurst and Burley or, for a longer circuit, head south to the coastal path, looping back round through Lymington.
Cycle trails in the New Forest are well-marked, and generally on gravel tracks or quiet country roads - ideal for families or those seeking a gentle ride. For those seeking the thrills of single track and downhill - the closest you will find to this is Moor Valley Country Park.
There is no entry cost.
Dogs welcome but cycling with dogs is not recommended
No refreshments on site
No toilets available on site.
Wild-camping is not allowed, however there are plenty of campsites available across the New Forest with Camping in the Forest.
