Routes are generally on gravel track or quiet country roads - ideal for families or those seeking a gentle ride. There's not much for those seeking the thrills of single track and downhill - the closest you will find to this is Moor Valley Country Park.

Wild-camping is not allowed, however there are plenty of campsites available across the New Forest with Camping in the Forest.
